Raquel’s good with first timers who might be nervous; men, mothers, daughters and so on. She takes her time. She’s focused, methodical and very concerned that the client is at ease. She likes fuller, looser brows. She’d rather make sure she hasn’t done too much, and then do a little more if you’re comfortable. She’s an amazing makeup artist. Her communication style is a great fit for makeup lessons. Customers leave with a lot of new tricks. Once called “Rocky” by a client, I was like, “perfect!” At ZVJ, we all closely follow the adventures of the infamous Bella & Diego (her niece & nephew); we’re huge fans.”
