I recently stopped into Zoey Van Jones to get some much needed help on my brows. I have been doing my own brows for years now and have never been happy. They were way too thin but I didn’t know how to ever fix them. When I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and the decor was super cute! I said I needed help with my brows and they said they would be happy to help. I was then greeted by Roly, he made me feel at ease and let me know it’ll be easy to fix what I had done. He was really quick and already knew exactly what he needed to do to get my brows back to the way they should be. I booked an appointment around 2am online and I was there about 7 minutes early for my 9:30am appointment with Roly. His appointment before me arrived a little late but I wasn’t bothered, after being shunned from another waxing place, I never wanna end on bad terms with whoever is gonna wax me. So I don’t know what time I actually went into the room but after my Brazilian I asked for my upper lip as well and Roly was kind enough to do so. With both services I was out of the place by 10:01am and it never felt rushed at all. I got a Brazilian and during the whole time I was very comfortable. Great staff and a great waxer. My body was pretty much at ease and it was the smallest pain (in comparison to stubbing your toe against the wall, stubbing your toe is so much worst). I had been waxed by 2 different salons at this point (I did find them on yelp as well), and each place has ripped off some skin. Roly didn’t harm me at all and that should say everything.This place is pricey, it is old town, but seeing as I traded getting my skin ripped out for an extra $10-$15 service in which I was left with no marks, then it was well worth it.
